Conversationalist for Hire
My friend Adria Richards and I recently discussed my goals and she posted this awesome video endorsement.
As Adria mentioned, I am looking to play a greater role in the conversations and strategy surrounding your brand and to get involved with what people are saying about your products and services. Particularly in the wine and food industry.
3 roles I am eager to play in your next project:
- Conversationalist (What are people saying about your brand online? How can you engage in the conversation?)
- Conference Evangelist (How do you connect at conferences and trade shows? Who’s out there talking about you?)
- Design and Content Strategist (What are your words and visuals actually saying about you? What do you want them to say?)
I am detail-oriented, LOVE people, and love sharing everything I discover about wine and food! Currently on the East Coast (US), I can work with you anywhere (gotta love technology!) and am open to relocation and new adventures.
Who do you know? How can I help?!?

Yeah! I say: Ruth is *not* your average web 2.0 savvy chick. Naw. That is so 20th century…
She is web 3.0 — grab another dimension to your “Three C’s” and hire Ruth!

Aww, thanks Andrea! Just spotted your comment while researching wines online and chilling tonight’s Sauvignon Blanc. It’ll be my first taste of Long Boat from Marlborough, New Zealand, which reviews well and was on sale for a great bargain price. Reviews to follow on Corkd and other social wine sites!
It blows my mind how much I’ve learned about wine and the industry since we met during the Murphy-Goode competition last year. I’m so excited to bring all my skills, experience, and passions together for some lucky company, preferably well before this year’s harvest!
Hope all is well with you as spring arrives! *hugs*
